This is my honest review. Would not recommend to anyone. Not a genuine practice. The receptionist and billing lady are RUDE. I’ve never been treated like this before. First, the billing lady lied to me saying my insurance covered the entire consultation, only for me to find out later they are out of network and I winded up having to pay entirely out of pocket. Two, they are money hungry. I refuse to go anywhere without credibility checking first and ensuring my insurance cover it, this lady was rushing me to schedule an appt and not genuinely answering my questions, she already lied to me once so I’m cautious this time. She was trying to get me in within the same week, without answering all my questions at all only concerned with scheduling me and I’m not even comfortable, this is a 2-3k surgery and I need to have my questions answered, but she ignored me and just stated, “you should get your extraction done now before your benefits renew at the beginning of the year next year” lady I know my benefits, but I’m not just going to jump in and have just anyone do my surgery. Please go elsewhere, luckily I caught on and went elsewhere because of this encounter with the rude employees i

Dr. Alto is amazing! Compassionate, caring, nice and absolutely skilled in his practice. I have to give a shout out to Traci, who manages scheduling. She understood the urgency of our need to be seen and she kept in contact with us and got us in so quickly for a consultation which resulted in an immediate plan to mitigate the concern. It's so refreshing to be welcomed into such a capable and compassionate environment. We highly recommend Dr. Alto and Traci! Thank you, thank you!

This office staff and Dr. Alto are excellent. Heather in front office is friendly and helpful. The tooth had pull was not painful. I did not need pain medication afterwards. I was awake most time and recovered fast after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Alto and Heather the front office staff and the dental hygienist assisting in the procedure. Super happy to have them so close! The staff (Jenn and Skylar are the sweetest) and surgeons are super kind and do their best to accommodate you and your insurance. Keep in mind they(like most dentist) don’t do planned payments so balances are due day of appointment, so make sure your insurance is sorted out. Overall I appreciate the cleanliness, environment (people and office), and the fast times here. Look forward to seeing y’all next time :)

The process from start to finish was a great experience at this office. Jenn and Skylar were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had before and after my appointment. The doctor (Dr. Phelps) was very knowledgeable in explaining the situation I have going on with my wisdom teeth and what steps were recommended to fix the problem. There was no pressure whatsoever and even though I felt nervous walking into this appointment, I was made to feel comfortable with all staff involved. Thank you!
